We use your personal data to manage your appointments with us and to inform you about our services such as workshops and classes. Your data is stored on password-controlled digital devices. It is only accessible by Natural Health Consultancy personnel and authorised individuals working directly with the organisation. Your information is not passed on to any Third Party.

Personal Health Information

Where we consider it necessary to provide you with the best service, your health care professional will take notes during a consultation on such matters as your health and treatment. Your consent is obtained during the session. This information is treated as highly confidential. It is stored in hard copy form only and is kept secure in a locked cabinet. Only your health care professional has access to this information.

• that Natural Health Consultancy corrects any information you believe is inaccurate.
