Q. What are your fees for a session?
A. Please contact either Wilfred van Dorp or Sally Tyler. Fees vary depending on the treatment and the venue.
Q. What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?
A. We understand that everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances arise beyond your control.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you have to cancel, so we can offer your slot to another client.
You can ask a friend or colleague to take your place.
It is highly unlikely we will be able to fill a vacant slot within 48 hours of the day, so we will charge for late cancellations within this time period.
Please note for London appointments we require five days notice of cancellation.
Q. Can I change my appointment?
A. . We will do our best to accommodate you but we do get booked up quite quickly, particularly for popular times.
Q. What happens if I am unwell?
A. Please do not come to the clinic if you have an infectious condition, including coughs and colds. You can easily pass on your germs to the clinic staff and other clients.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Please wear loose clothing which does not restrict your movement.
Q. Will I have to undress?
A. Not for a Feldenkrais session. For some of Sally's treatments you will be asked to undress to your underwear and a towel will be used to cover you. Only the area being treated will be exposed. Your modesty will be protected at all times.
